Storage & tracking statement

Explains how Future Data Link uses browser storage on futuredatalink.digital.

1. Eligibility to consent

Users must be at least sixteen years old, or provide guardian contact details when requesting accounts for younger learners as outlined in the participant agreement.

2. Essential storage

Session cookies keep authenticated lab portals stable. Local storage keys prefixed with futuredatalink.digital_cookies remember your cookie preference banner choice without syncing to advertising networks.

3. Analytics opt-in

Analytics pixels remain disabled unless you explicitly opt in through a future preferences center. Declining analytics does not remove essential cookies required for forms and schedules.

4. Duration

Preference tokens expire after twelve months of inactivity. Server-side access logs rotate within ninety days unless preserved for security investigations.

5. Third-party embeds

Partner video embeds may set their own cookies when activated; we label such embeds and load them only after interaction to reduce passive tracking.

6. User rights

Korean data subjects may request access, correction, deletion (where compatible with legal retention), and processing restriction. Submit requests through the contact form referencing “storage inquiry.”

7. Contact

Storage questions route to the quality standards desk listed in the participant agreement. Postal mail may be sent to 285-6, Gungchonri, Geundeok-myeon, Samcheok-si, Gangwon-do.
