Participant agreement

Effective 1 April 2026. Governs access to Future Data Link learning services hosted under futuredatalink.digital.

1. Data controller

Future Data Link operates as the data controller for participant accounts, billing records, and cohort communications. Postal address: 285-6, Gungchonri, Geundeok-myeon, Samcheok-si, Gangwon-do, Republic of Korea. Primary telephone: +82-8-435-8257.

2. Data categories collected

Identity data (name, employer), contact data (email, phone), payment metadata (invoices, installment schedules), technical data (IP address, device type for lab access logs), and learning telemetry (assignment uploads, attendance timestamps).

3. Purposes of processing

Enrollment verification, syllabus delivery, mentor scheduling, partner reporting where contracts require anonymized aggregates, and regulatory retention for operational records.

4. Legal bases

Contract performance for paid programs, legitimate interests for security monitoring, consent where optional analytics pixels are enabled, and legal obligation for tax invoices in Korea.

5. Retention

Account data is retained for seven years after the final invoice to satisfy accounting rules. Lab artifacts may be deleted twelve months after cohort completion unless a separate archive agreement exists.

6. Third-party sharing

Cloud hosting providers, email delivery vendors, and payment processors receive limited subsets required to operate services. Each vendor is bound by data processing terms prohibiting unrelated marketing use.

7. International transfers

Where infrastructure resides outside Korea, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions as applicable. Participants may request transfer summaries via the contact route.

8. Security measures

Role-based access, encrypted transit for web forms, and quarterly access reviews for staff accounts. No absolute security guarantee is stated; incidents are disclosed per applicable law.

9. Children’s privacy

Programs target adult professionals. Accounts for users under sixteen require guardian authorization and additional screening before lab credentials activate.

10. Policy changes

Material updates publish on this page with a revised effective date. Continued attendance after fourteen days constitutes acceptance unless a written objection is filed before the window closes.
