Refund & withdrawal

Applies to tuition collected by Future Data Link for scheduled cohorts.

1. Eligibility window

Full refunds are available within fourteen days of payment provided the cohort has not accessed proprietary lab images or downloadable rubrics. Access logs determine eligibility.

2. Partial refunds

After the fourteen-day window but before the third live session, participants may withdraw for a fifty percent refund of remaining modules not yet delivered, calculated from the published module table.

3. Non-refundable items

Hardware deposits, third-party certification exam vouchers purchased on your behalf, and custom stakeholder reviews are non-refundable once ordered from suppliers.

4. Process steps

Email billing@futuredatalink.digital with participant name, cohort code, and reason (optional). A ticket number returns within two business days. Bank transfers complete within ten business days after approval.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds initiate within five business days; banking networks may add additional latency outside our control.

6. Cancellation by Future Data Link

If a cohort fails minimum enrollment seven days before start, participants receive full refunds or a dated transfer to another cohort—documented in writing.

7. Consumer rights (Korea)

You may lodge disputes with the Korea Consumer Agency or relevant local consumer center. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers or related statutes.

8. Exceptions

Code-of-conduct removals for harassment or safety violations forfeit refunds but may receive a written summary of charges upon request.
